How we work

  • Contract negotiated for the work to be done with a Project Plan detailing the cost, quality, and schedule of work to be performed in phases
  • The first phase consists of a Requirements Definition/ Statement of Work to be performed by each party.
  • The second phase consists of the actual performance of the work agreed to. If this phase consists of at least weeks in duration, then deliverables and their status tracking is also involved.
  • The third phase consists of turnover of the product, training in it if necessary and/or applicable, and project completion signoff.
